August 18 UPDATE

Pastor shares an update on the status of Connection Groups and Wednesday night activities.

Connection Groups will begin meeting on Sunday, August 30 and Wednesday Formations will begin on Wednesday, September 2.

Special "Mask Only" sections will be available at both the 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM Worship Services beginning Sunday, August 30.

Please check back periodically as this information continues to be updated.

Temperature checks will be administered before getting tags.

The Sky Bridge will be locked until noon. Parents can use it to pickup kids after the 11:00 AM Worship Service.

Throughout the sessions, toys are cleaned and disinfected as needed.

For birth - 5th grade, online registration for Sunday, August 30 WorshipCare opens on Monday, August 24, at 8:00 AM and closes at midnight on Thursday, August 27.

Registration labels will be pre-printed and ready for pick up in two locations to avoid congestion:
(1) Families with preschoolers and children – exterior doors on west side.
(2) Families with ONLY Elementary age children – pick up tags at foyer entrance.

Each child will have three labels printed, one for his person, one for parent to place on sign-in sheet, and one for pick-up.

Smaller pre-kids church rooms with different activities in each and will limit the number of kids in each class.

For Kids Church each kid will have a assigned “parking spot” to help with social distancing. There will be guest parking for visitors.

Masks are not required. Students may choose to wear a mask or not. Masks will be available in the student area for those who want or need one.

Sanitation will take place on Sunday mornings between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM Connection Group hours, as well as after Wednesday Midweek Service.

Hand sanitizer will be available for students upon entry and throughout the Student Life Center.

If students are showing any symptoms they should stay home. If students show up and begin to have symptoms, they will be sent home.

Social distancing will be recommended and enforced to the best of our abilities.

Connection Groups room locations are being updated to allow for maximum social distancing.  Check with your Connection Group teacher or director for any changes in locations.

Connection Groups are given the option to be on campus, digital, or a hybrid.  Check with your Connection Group teacher or director.

No tables will be in Connection Groups rooms. No coffee or air pots will be available. You may bring your own individual cup.

Connection Group rooms will be cleaned in between Connection Group hours if the room is shared.

It is up to the Connection Group if masks are required in the class. A sign will be posted outside the door if masks are required.
