Connecting to

His Church

What to Expect when you Arrive:

Sunday Mornings 9:30 AM
EFBC College Ministry is committed to connecting with students. When you join us on Sunday expect to feel welcome and comfortable, dress how you want, come ready to eat, expect a Bible study that is deep and purposeful. But most of all expect to connect with students and leaders who love you and desire to come alongside you during this walk of life. Meet us in Room 206.

  • Ladies Connection Group:
(Led by Angie Fuller and Kayla Siler)
Expect to get close attention and a safe place to ask questions. Call these ladies during the week and meet for coffee. God is moving in our ladies Connection Group.
  • Coed 1:
    (Led by Chris Yandell)
Expect teaching based off real life. We all generate questions when we study Gods word. This is a place to ask those questions and get a real life understanding of God answers.
  • Coed 2:
(Led by Jason and Dorothy Offerman)
Expect to unpack the Bible with history and theology. Come ready for your questions to be answered and your ability to study Gods word enhanced.

After Connection Group grab your coffee and get prepared for our churches 11:00 AM worship time designed for this generation to impact your campus for Christ.

Edmond’s First Baptist Church College Ministry exists to help students deepen their relationship with Christ. We want to do this by providing opportunities for both worship and small group Bible study. We desire to see students grow in their faith while building relationships with other believers whose impact will last far beyond their college years.

Our college leadership team has a heart for students. We want to meet not only the spiritual needs of our students but also physical, emotional, and day to day needs as well. Most of all, we want to provide a solid foundation of scriptural truths, support and Godly encouragement for our students to stand on as they face the struggles and joys that college life brings. Whether our students are states away from family or simply blocks away, we want to be their home-away-from-home.

Where do college students go?

For more information please ask those at either of the Visitor Centers in the Worship Center Foyer and they will help guide you to our door.

Need a ride? Don’t have your own transportation? Don’t want to go to church by yourself? Don’t want to lose your great parking spot? Whatever your reason – we’ll pick you up at 9:15 AM on Sunday mornings during the school year for Worship and Bible study and have you back at the dorms by 12:30 PM. Please let us know that you’ll be joining us so we can be expecting you. Contact Billy Fuller and we’ll save you a spot!

What is Home Away from Home?

This is a ministry where we link up college students with families, many of these students are either very far away from their Parents for the first time or just need a little encouragement every once in awhile.

What we ask of the families that choose to join us in this project is simple. Keep in contact with your student, if you would like invite them over for a dinner (most of these students don't get home cooked meals for whole semesters) send them letters, find out what is going on in their classes, if you would like offer your house as a quiet study refuge.

This is a great opportunity to help students feel as though they are not alone.

If you are a retired family or a family of 10 pray about this ministry and how God can use you to make a difference in a students life.
