Church Plants

He told them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the LORD of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.
Luke 10:2

Church Plants

Edmond’s First Baptist Church believes that as a local church we should Pray for Missionaries, Bring Up and Send Out Missionaries, and be prepared to Go Out into the Harvest and support Missionaries.

In North America and Internationally many of those missionaries are church planters who are taking the Gospel to the cities and sharing the love of Christ. We as a church sacrifice so that we can partner with church planters for a season of their church journey. Below are planter’s we support and have supported in the past.

Connecting to

Christ

Edmond’s First Baptist Church is a family of faith passionately connecting to Christ, His Church, His Word, and His Mission for His Glory. We do this by multiplying leaders, Connection Groups, campuses, and church plants.  New leaders are needed for new Connection Groups as our church grows.

Many people will connect with Edmond's First, but some people won’t. Jesus said, "Follow me and I will make you fishers of men." (Matthew 4:19) Fishermen know that you don’t use the same bait to catch all fish. Paul said, “I have become all things to all people, so that I may by every possible means save some.” (1 Corinthians 9:22) That is why we have so many different Connection Groups; to help us meet people where they are in life so they will develop a relationship with Jesus Christ.
