Join us as we gather to strengthen our Connection Groups beginning Sunday, September 12 through Sunday, October 3 with Pastor's the "Strengthening the Core" Campaign.

Sunday Morning
‍The kickoff of our Strengthening the Core Connection Group Campaign begins! In the morning wear your favorite sports team attire (tie, socks, t-shirt, jersey, jacket, hoodie, etc.) to church and come ready for what God is doing here at Edmond’s First!

5:00 PM: South Lawn
‍Come back at 5:00 PM for an Edmond’s First Family Tailgate. Bring your whole family and your friends for a night of fun!

DINNER
Begins at 5:00 PM and the church will provide hamburgers, hotdogs, fixings, bottled water on ice, chips, and dessert.

MESSAGE
Pastor Blake Gideon will share a message.

TAILGATE & GAMES
We will have games, inflatables and water games for kids, slip-n-slide kick ball for students, football, and more. You can bring your tailgate chairs or use chairs provided by the church.

Sunday Morning
Invite someone to join you for worship and Connection Group! There will be a large Coffee Bar with all the good stuff in the Main Foyer open before the 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM Worship Services. (This morning all coffee will be in the Foyer.)

PRESCHOOL & CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES
It's "Wear Your PJ's" day and enjoy pancakes.

STUDENT MINISTRY
We will be making our own pancakes.

ALL CONNECTION GROUPS
For College and up, hold your own in-class Sunday brunch during your Connection Group time as we study "Sure of the Truth" from Pastor's Bible Studies for Life guide.

Sunday Morning
During both the 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM Worship Services, the Student Worship Band will lead music and the 1st-5th grade children will sing.

Share a testimony in your class.

Sunday Morning
Beginning at 9:00 AM in the Main Foyer, there will be two locations to take an "I Belong to EFBC" photo.

PRESCHOOL & CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES
“Wild Style”  show your wild, wacky, and fun style.

CHILDREN & STUDENTS MINISTRIES
It's "Invite Your Friend" emphasis. Students will be wearing "I Belong" t-shirts. Watch for an opportunity to order yours in the near future!

CONNECTION GROUPS
It's also "High Attendance Day" emphasis. See how many members and guests you can have in class.

5:00 PM: Lord's Supper Observance
Meet in the Worship Center. We will observe the Lord’s Supper which is one of the two ordinances of the church (the other being baptism) and is a symbolic act of obedience for believers to memorialize the death, burial, resurrection, and return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

This is a great opportunity for parents to model worship for their children. The Choir Room will be available as a Family Room. Childcare is available for birth through three years-old.

6:00 PM: Church Family Potluck Dinner
Meet in Fellowship Hall. The church will be providing plates, napkins, dinnerware, and drinks.

NOTE: Andrea Holland will be contacting each Connection Group to assign potluck items for each class to bring.
