Join us in a new ministry opportunity as we welcome first time visitors and potential visitors by providing a meal as a welcome from our church. Not just for visitors, but new moms, those with extended illnesses, widows, widowers, homebound, college students away from home, anyone with a need for a meal. Creating open doors to ministries of our church with no strings attached, just a simple act of love as Christ has loved each of us.
Please contact us if you know of someone who needs a meal or if you would like to volunteer to prepare or deliver meals.

What is Martha Ministry?
Can you chop vegetables? Can you stir noodles? Can you put pans in an oven? Do you have a few hours on Saturday morning once a month? Have you always wanted to help in a ministry in the church and just didn’t know what to do?
If you answered YES! to any of the above questions, the new Martha Ministry needs you!
The Martha Ministry is a food ministry to help better meet the physical needs of visitors, shut-ins and members in need. How does it work? The 1st Saturday of each month, women will gather at 8:00 AM in the kitchen of Edmond's First Baptist Church and work together to chop, mix, make and freeze numerous meals to be distributed by our staff members to those in need throughout the month.
Not only will we be working together to create meals during a few hours on Saturday morning, we will also create and strengthen friendships between the women in our church.
Everything will be provided, we just need you! Don’t come alone…bring a friend!
