  • NEW Men's TOPICS Class

    Today, September 20, is last day to become a part of this session. Grab a bite to eat and join the class at 5:30 PM for discussion time, the video portion begins at 6:00 PM and you may show up then as well. Meet in Room W107.

    The Conquer Series is a life-changing, five-week discipleship study that lays out the battle plan for purity. It provides men with biblical strategies, scientific facts and insight on how to use God’s weapons to become conquerors. 

  • "The Story of Christmas" DRAMA AUDITIONS

    It’s time to begin preparing for this year’s Christmas production, and we want you to be a part of it. Drama auditions for ages 12 and up will be held on Sunday, September 24 and October 1, in the Worship Center from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. There are many parts available for this year’s production ranging from speaking lines to being a part of the drama company. 

    You can pick up your audition packet THIS SUNDAY in the Foyer following the morning Worship Service, in the Church Office during the week, or the Worship Arts Ministry. For more information, email ANDREA HOLLAND. The Church Office is available Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to noon at 405-341-0253.

  • Fall Blood Drive in October

  • Student Worship Arts (6th - 12th)

    Student Worship Arts is designed to train middle school and high school students in the area of music and worship. With training in vocal music, basic keyboarding, guitar, and music theory, our goal is to develop young men and women into the worship leaders and church musicians of the future.   • Arts After School (K-5th)

    Meet in the Foyer and classes meet in the “W” Rooms near the Worship Center on Tuesdays, from 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM. EFBC’s Arts After School Program is a great way for children to discover and sharpen their skills in the areas of art, guitar, music, and dance. Sign up online. Enrollment is open and there is no cost to join. We look forward to teaching the importance of praising God through the arts. Visit ARTS

  • Men in Prayer for Revival

    Every era of the church needs revival, certainly today as much as ever.  In the heart of every committed Christian there is a longing for revival. Brothers, if we want to do God’s Work, in God’s way, in God’s time, with God’s power, in order to have God’s blessings, we must first be men in prayer for Revival!

  • BGCO Disaster Relief Training

    Saturday, October 7 | 8:00 AM  | First Baptist Church, Moore 
    Hurricane Harvey has brought the need for disaster relief to our attention in a big way. Baptist Disaster Relief Ministry Training is happening Saturday, October 7, 2017, First Baptist Church, 301 NE 27 St., Moore, OK 73160.  Training-orientation is open to any member of a Southern Baptist church who is at least 18 years of age. Background checks are performed! Attending training-orientation does not obligate you to serve, but is necessary before serving. Men and women are welcome. $15 per person fee for new team members and for those renewing their badges. Pre-registration is not required. For more info, visit OK DISASTER HELP 

  • Trunk or Treat

    Tuesday, October 31 | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM | North Parking Lot 
    Save the date! Trunk or Treat is like trick or treating, but instead of knocking on your neighbors’ or a strangers’ door, you go to their trunks.  The trunks are conveniently gathering at EFBC’s North Parking Lot to make it easier to find them all! This year’s theme is HEROES. Watch for more information at TRUNK OR TREAT

  • BTchallenge Exceeds $1M Goal

    In August 2016, Dr. Blake Gideon extended a special challenge to the First Family to raise $1,000,000 in gifts to the Building Fund during the year beginning September 1, 2016, and ending August 31, 2017. 

    EFBC has finished strong! Pastor's BTchallenge has exceeded the $1 million goal with $1,052,534.37. For every $1 raised during this period we saved up to $0.23 in interest costs. Thank you! For more information, visit BUILDING TOGETHER

  • Preteen Family and Students Mission Trip

    There are still open spots available for this 2017 Fall Break Mission Trip on Wednesday, October 19 – Sunday, October 22. We will be partnering with Charles Scheffe as he prepares to plant a church in Estrella, a community around Phoenix. Students must be in 5th through 8th grade. Families that participate must have a student in 5th, 6th and a 5th and 6th grader must have a parent join them to be eligible to participate. 7th and 8th graders do not have to have a parent join them, but are welcome to come as a sponsor.     We are hosting a brunch for all who are new and have not yet become members. This is a great way to find out more about EFBC. Brunch will be served in the Choir Room (follow the signs or ask for help at a Visitor Center). Walk-ins welcome!     Led by DeWayne Lackey in W105, a cold-case detective, J. Warner Wallace, helps you rethink and share your Christian beliefs. This eight-week study with DVD support offers a life-changing program to become a "Christian Case Maker." Books $10.

    ALLAH OR GOD
    Room W107 with Tony Emamghoraishi This 12-week study will look at the differences between Islam and Christianity.  What do Muslims believe? What do I say to a Muslim?  How do I talk to them?Tony will share from his experiences how we can talk with Muslims in a way to help them discover God’s truth. 

  • Men's Tuesday Morning Prayer Meeting

    6:00 AM - 7:00 AM | Choir Room
    Meet other men for coffee, donuts and prayer. During the meetings as Hollis Morris, Jr. will share a special message. Our goals as we meet are to build each other up in the Lord, lift up those around us in need of prayer, and to learn more about God's Word. Enter on the Bryant side at the Choir Room entry.

  • Wednesday Evenings @ EFBC

    Wednesday evenings begin with EFBC Dinner Club at 4:45 PM in Fellowship Hall and evening activities for the entire family from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. TOPICS are Adult Bible studies designed to provide relevant, practical answers to questions about God and the Christian life. Follow TOPICS for current class schedule and more details.

The First Family gathers in the FOYER each Wednesday at 4:45 PM for a catered fellowship meal. Complimentary for first time guests.

Prices

  • Adults: $6.00
  • Children 12 and under: $5.00
  • Maximum per family (adults and children residing together in the same household): $25.00

  • CARRYOUT: Carryout meals will be available as long as food is available, from 5:30 PM - 5:45 PM, at regular prices.
