UCO CRISP for International Students

Applications Close on Sunday, February 9
CRISP’s goal is to give international students a better understanding of American culture, and a first-hand experience of an American family while giving them a "home away from home. LIFE+ Crafting with Your Neighbors Luncheon

Invite a neighbor or friend to come with you for a catered lunch, fellowship, and making a craft! Select from five different craft options and sign up in the Foyer this Sunday morning or in your Connection Group by Sunday, January 19. $10 per person for craft and lunch, $7 per person for lunch only.

Men's Ministry

Rewired Men’s Conference THE THREE: Featuring Cody BoBay, Cliff Graham, JT McGraw, and Aaron Walker, the early-bird price of $65 for adults and $55 for students ends Wednesday, January 15. Rewired is a movement taking place in the hearts of men committed to impacting their family, church, and community for Jesus Christ this spring, Friday, April 24 – Saturday, April 25, at Falls Creek.

God, Guys, Guns: Semi-Auto Rifle Dueling Tree Tournament: For men, 13 and up (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult). Thinking about trying it? Don’t buy anything. TUESDAY'S: Early Morning Prayer Group
Begin your Tuesday mornings with other men at 6:00 AM in Fellowship Hall. Bring a friend and enjoy fellowship, coffee, donuts, and hear from a guest speaker. 

THURSDAY'S: Pray for Revival
Meet in Room 113 at noon every. Start praying. No lunch, No Bible study, just powerful praying with the men of Edmond’s First! Come and stay as long as you can.

Baptist Mission Center Project

Wednesday, February 12 | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Baptist Mission Center 
Everyone is welcome to serve at the Baptist Mission Center in Oklahoma City this Wednesday. They welcome any donations of personal care items (razors, shave cream, shampoo, body wash soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and deodorant) plus men’s underwear, shorts, and t-shirts. Drop off donations at Edmond’s First Church Office by tomorrow, Tuesday, February 11. For more information, contact Carl Schwab, 405-348-7835.

Students BIG weekend

Friday, February 14 - Sunday, February 16, 2020
For 6th - 12th grades, we will join with several student ministries from all over Edmond to connect and learn what it means to follow Christ.

BIG Weekend is a discipleship weekend. It is a retreat where small groups meet in the homes of church members for studies in discipleship. These small group times are led by leaders in our church with the goal of beginning or strengthening the ongoing process of discipleship in each students life. Visit BIG WEEKEND

Edmond’s First strategy for fulfilling our vision is through small groups called Connection Groups. Visit a Connection Group on Sunday morning and learn how we faithfully fulfill God’s desire to connect people to Christ, His church, His word, and His mission for His Glory. 

For more information, stop by a Welcome Desk located in the main Foyers. Adults are encouraged to visit several Connection Groups before selecting the one that is the most comfortable fit for you.

FATHERson Bowling

Monday, January 13 | 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM | AMF Boulevard Lanes
Beginning our thirteenth year and for men and boys only, enjoy a casual evening of bowling and a devotional. $5.00 total per family and your friends includes two games and shoe rental for everyone! No RSVP required. Just show up at AMF Boulevard Lanes in Edmond and enjoy an evening with the guys!

Grandmoms Praying

Mondays | 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Room 105
Changing the world with prayer, pray each Monday at 10:00 AM in Room 105 during the school year. We will pray for our children, grandchildren, their teachers, our schools, and everyone connected with their schools.

Friendship International

Thursdays | 9:15 AM - 11:30 AM | Henderson Hills
The Purpose of Friendship International is to meet the needs of international women in an expression of Christian love. We have women from more than 30 countries, many of whom have never heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Meeting once a week, we share God’s love as we teach five levels of English as a Second Language plus citizenship. It is never too late to join. Childcare is available for birth through pre-kindergarten.

Fellowship Meal

The First Family gathers in FELLOWSHIP HALL each Wednesday at 4:45 PM for a catered fellowship meal. Complimentary for first time guests.
