Sunday, February 24 | 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM | Worship Center
Edmond's First Baptist Church is blessed to have a wonderful team of individuals who come together each week and lead us as a church in “Bringing Offerings of Praise to an Audience of ONE”! The Celebration Choir and Orchestra have, once again, selected their TOP TEN list of worship anthems from 2018 and will be presenting them in a concert of worship. You won’t want to miss this very special event as we worship the Lord together! Join us in the Worship Center.

New 12:15 PM Connection Group Hour! 

Beginning on Sunday, February 24, new Connection Groups for adults and students are forming at 12:15 PM following the 11:00 AM Worship Service. We know that not everyone can fit a morning group in their schedule, so we are offering a new time for Connection Groups at EFBC.

The Church Rekindled

COMING IN MARCH: Becoming the Church Christ Built
A special event for the membership of Edmond’s First Baptist Church “The Church Rekindled: Becoming the Church Christ Built” is a study of Acts, led by Dr. Ted Kersh. Join us the first four Sundays in March at 6:00 PM in Fellowship Hall. 

Ted is known for expository preaching and has a heart for true revival. His verse by verse approach to teaching the Bible is complemented by practical application. We will study in an expositional and deep way, strategic key passages of Scripture in the Book of Acts that God used in a special way. Find out what will happen if the church is rekindled.

Christ is Greater Sermon Series 

Sundays | 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM
Pastor Blake Gideon continues through the Book of Hebrews which transforms our understanding of Christ from abstract theology to intimate relationship. Through the series you will learn more about the power and worth of the sacrifice Christ offered by His own death. You will see the total sufficiency of Christ’s atonement for our sins. You will be comforted by the hope that comes from an intimate relationship with the great High Priest.

Edmond's First Baptist Church offers two Worship Services on Sunday mornings:

  • 9:30 AM Blended Service in the Worship Center
  • 11:00 AM Modern Service in Fellowship Hall.

Adult Ministry Spring Roundup

This is going to be a wonderful fun-filled evening with music by 4given Quartet, along with a delicious Hors d’oeuvres and Dessert Buffet. Men’s Rewired Conference “THE ONE” 

Friday, April 26 - Saturday, April 27 
Rewired is a high energy, 24-hour, men’s conference with a focus on transforming the lives of men through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Emceed by Abraham Wright, the keynote speakers will be retired legendary football coach, Bobby Bowden; award-winning head football coach, Tommy Bowden; David Burton from David Burton Ministries; and retired NFL defensive tackle, Tommie Harris. Adults $80 and boys (14-18) $65. 


Women’s Spring Retreat “LIGHT” 

Friday, April 12 - Saturday, April 13 
Gather your friends and join us for this perfect weekend to get away and enjoy worshiping the Lord with 3,000+ women at Falls Creek. We have a fantastic lineup of speakers including Lysa TerKeurst, Rosaria Butterfield, and Caleb Freeman! Worship Music will be “Point of Grace”and “For All Seasons”. Adults $75 and girls (14-17) $50. Wednesday Evenings for the Whole Family! 

Wednesday evenings begin with an EFBC Fellowship Meal at 4:45 PM in the Fellowship Hall and activities for the family from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. TOPICS are Adult Bible studies designed to provide relevant, practical answers to questions about God and the Christian life.

Become a Vacation Bible School Servant 

“In the Wild” for children completed kindergarten - 6th grade, pick up a Photo Safari Book and sign up for VBS on Sunday morning in the Foyer at the tree near the Children’s Wing entry! Throw on your camera strap, buckle your seat belt, and join us Monday,  June 3 - Friday,  June 7.

Mission Ignition

  • Ignition Weekend 2019: Friday, February 22, through Sunday, February 24. Ignition Weekend is designed to give students an opportunity to grow, worship, and serve.

Sewing Ministry

Men’s Ministry 

Tuesday Prayer Meeting: Begin your Tuesday mornings with other men from EFBC at 6:00 AM in the Fellowship Hall. Bring a friend and enjoy fellowship over coffee and donuts. On the first Tuesday of each month we enjoy a BIG BREAKFAST for $2.00 each.

God, Guys, Guns: Two gun Shoot: Join men from around Oklahoma City in fellowship and a friendly two-gun(pistol and long rifle) course with team competition on Saturday, FEBRUARY 16, at 9:00 AM. Men 13+ are welcome to attend, men under 18 will need an adult to attend. Meet in northwest Edmond at 14075 S. Rockwell Ave, 73025-9701.

FATHERson Bowling

Monday, March 11 | 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM | AMF Boulevard Lanes
For fathers, sons, grandfathers, grandsons, and uncles, join EFBC for a casual evening of bowling and a cool devotional for boys. $5.00 per family includes two games and shoe rental per person, including any friends you bring with you! We meet the second Monday every month at AMF Boulevard Lanes in Edmond. No RSVP required. Just show up and enjoy an evening with the guys! 

College Ministry 

Get connected with college students and professionals on Sundays at 9:30 AM in Room 206 (stop by a Welcome Desk in the Foyer or ask a greeter to help you find the room).

Fellowship Meal

The First Family gathers in FELLOWSHIP HALL each Wednesday at 4:45 PM for a catered fellowship meal. Complimentary for first time guests.
