Body & Soul Fitness

This is a class for men and women, 65+, that incorporates aerobic exercise for maintaining health, and resistance training, flexibility, and balance exercises to assist in daily living. Each 4-week session is $23. 

Classes are led by ACE certified group fitness instructor Sarah Cochran, 405-757-9093. Join in at anytime! Two sessions are available in Fellowship Hall 106 A/B:

  • Mondays, 1:00 PM
