Men’s Fish Fry 2011
Thursday, September 15 at 6:00 PM
Enjoy delicious fried catfish with all of the trimming.
- Register for great hunting and fishing door prizes.
- Enjoy an unforgettable evening with other men in a sportsman’s environment.
- Meet Dr. Lew Sterrett as he talks about his passion for training horses and shares his dynamic testimony about how Jesus wants to work through you.
This year we will have TWO exciting opportunities for men to fellowship in a sportsman’s environment. This is a great opportunity for you to get involved with the men's ministry. Help us to be fishers of men by getting involved and reaching out to invite an unchurched friend.
Tickets for both events will be available in the church Foyer beginning Sunday, August 28. Join us on Thursday, September 15, for:
- MEN'S BUSINESS LUNCHEON from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM in Fellowship Hall. Enjoy a light lunch as Dr. Lew Sterrett talks about what it means to be a Christian leader in this day and time.
- MEN’S FISH FRY beginning at 6:00 PM in Fellowship Hall. For men and school aged boys, enjoy a fried catfish dinner and great hunting and fishing door prizes for all guests. Dr. Lew Sterrett will talk about his passion for training horses and share his dynamic testimony about how Jesus wants to work through you. After dinner, watch as Dr. Sterrett works with an unbroken colt in an arena on EFBC’s south lawn.

About the Speaker
Lew Sterrett had little idea that his boyhood interest in horses would open doors internationally for speaking and training. During his years in 4-H, he savored many opportunities to train and show horses and earn national recognition. As a student leader at Penn State University he benefited from many mentoring relationships from which he received valuable training, experience and honors. Lew has continued to develop his message as he shares it with thousands of people each year both in the United States and abroad.
