While staying at the Patty-Hyde Reunion Cabin at Estes Park, several of the meals will be provided for you as part of the trip. Breakfast and Dinner will be cooked at the cabin and served in the large, common dining area each day you stay in Estes Park. You’ll look forward to these great times of fellowship over a warm, home-cooked meal in this cozy, Colorado cabin.
On Your Own
While traveling to and from Estes Park the group will stop to eat in areas with a variety of dining choices. Also, while in Estes Park the group will scat-ter during the day to take advantage of a variety of recreational opportunities. Lunches at Estes Park and meals while traveling are not included in the trip. For those who stay close to the cabin in Estes during the day, the kitchen will be available for you to keep and prepare lunch-foods for your family. For everyone else, lunch and the traveling meals are on your own.
T-SHIRTS

TRANSPORTATION
The Vans

Transportation will be provided for those who want to take advantage of it. Four EFBC church vans will accommodate the first forty people who reserve places on them. After those vans are full, other vehicles may become available depending on the number of people requesting transportation. These vans will also be available to use in Estes Park for local trips so that the group can enjoy a variety of recreational opportunities at their convenience.
Personal Vehicles
Those who would like to take their own vehicle are encouraged to do so. Parking near the Patty-Hyde Reunion Cabin will accommodate several vehicles and the experience of driving your own vehicle sometimes "makes" the road-trip. So feel free to drive your family and join the caravan to Estes Park. This may go without saying, but fuel for personal vehicles is the responsibility of the owner.
COST
Price per room/family
$599 is the price per family for the week. This price includes transportation to and from Estes Park, 4 nights lodging at the Patty-Hyde Reunion Cabin, access to the YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park Center amenities, two meals a day for your entire family while in Estes Park, and a personalized FAMILY ROAD TRIP SPRING BREAK 2010 T-Shirt for each member of your family.
