Medical & Emergency Personnel

Edmond's First Baptist Church (EFBC) is attempting to compile a list of medical and emergency response personnel in anticipation of organizing an emergency response team to minister at EFBC and in church activities conducted off campus.

If you are a nurse, physicians assistant, doctor, ambulance attendant, etc., please complete the online form below.  Gary Ellis will be in contact with you.  Responders will be invited to an organizational meeting at a later date.
