Connection Group Study Guides

What are Connection Groups?  Connection Groups are part of Edmond's First Baptist Church (EFBC) Sunday morning small group Bible study.  These small groups start out as Sunday school on Sunday mornings . . . but are much more . . . they are Connection Groups.  When you first visit EFBC – you have the opportunity to visit different small groups to find the one where you feel most comfortable. There are both early groups at 8:15 AM before the 9:30 AM Worship Service, and late groups at 11:00 AM.

How do I find a Connection Group?

  • visit the information desk in the lobby on Sunday morning
  • ask a greeter or usher for assistance
  • email Kevin Pruitt, Associate Pastor: small groups
  • call the church office
The church office is available Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to noon at 405-341-0253.
  • or, ask First Family members sitting next to you !

Connections Groups are an opportunity for small groups of like minded people to grow together and support one another while living a Christian lifestyle.  Each Connection Group plans social activities and get togethers, in-depth Bible study, birthday celebrations, ladies night out, prayer and support groups.

We grow and learn together in a Bible teaching church family . . . the First Family.  Connection Groups are a great opportunity for new Christians as well as those who grew up in the church to grow in faith together.
