The week of July 6th is the last weekly issue for The Clarion. We will merge The Clarion with our weekly bulletin in a new promotional piece. The merger will save nearly $500 a week in preparation, printing and distribution costs and will make its first appearance on Sunday, July 12.

To help ensure that our church family will continue to receive information in a timely manner, the new promotion piece will be distributed each week as follows:

1. It will be emailed to everyone on The Clarion mailing list and posted on the website on Friday. (You can add your name to the email listed by furnishing your email address to Brad Kimbler.
2. It will be distributed to everyone attending worship on Sunday.
3. It will be mailed to those who did not attend a Connection Group on the following Tuesday.

The Clarion and Sunday Bulletin Transtition

In our challenging economic situation, the church staff has reviewed and evaluated many processes and procedures to insure that we are using church resources in the most efficient and economical way. One area of potential saving they identified was the overlap between our weekly publications, The Clarion and our Sunday bulletin.

Consolidation of those two resources into one will save the church nearly $500 per week and more than $20,000 annually.

We hope that the consolidation of The Clarion and the bulletin will allow us to supply the information needed by our church family in an effective and economical way.

Also, if you'd like a copy of the order of service, you can pick one up each Sunday on the receptionist desk in the church office.
