Purpose

The purpose of our back-to-school dinner event is to create awareness for Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children and the children in our care. With the money raised, a special fund is set up to provide yearly clothing and other basic needs of the children at two of our campuses located in Oklahoma City and Edmond.

Our event creates revenue through individual sponsorships, business sponsorships, reserved tables and group fundraising with our goal sheets program. At our event, men and women alike will be able to participate in the silent auction starting at 4:00 p.m., enjoy a fabulous meal and be entertained by our witty emcee, Ed Murray, as we watch awesome children beam with excitement modeling their favorite outfit for school or church.
