Description:

When Margaret Feinberg learned she had cancer, she knew she would need great strength to overcome it. She believed the weapon she selected for the battle would change everything. And she decided that weapon would be joy.

Joy Is More Than Whimsy. It’s the Weapon You Can Use to Fight Life’s Greatest Battles.

Through months of treatment, questions, and hopes, Margaret discovered that joy is a far more dynamic force than most of us realize. It has the power to reignite our passion for laughter and celebration. It can free us to rise above endless demands as we become more content and thankful. It can change unchangeable circumstances and bring a peace rooted in the remarkable love of God.

Here Margaret shares her journey of using joy to fight back fear, regret, and pain. Whatever you face today, discover with Margaret how to embrace a way of living that’s deeper and fuller than you’ve ever known - a life radiant with joy.

Description:

The city of ancient Corinth was much like our own modern-day cities: a melting pot of electrifying cultural experiences to be had, along with the myriad pitfalls of spiritual depravity. Still, Paul wrote to the Church of God in Corinth - meaning God's Church is meant to thrive in any city and every circumstance in which we find ourselves. Paul's letter is as timely as ever.

This Bible study will lead you through the Letter of 2 Corinthians, exploring the anchoring truths of bearing treasures in jars of clay, meeting Christ through a pressing thorn, opening wide your heart in the midst of hurtful relationships, and what it means to embrace the lost and lonely as ministers of the new covenant. Each of us has a message to proclaim and live by: Because of Jesus the old has gone, the new has come.

Jesus is better. A verse-by-verse study of the Book of Hebrews, Jen Wilkin explores how God “provided something better for us” in the person of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 11:40).

Through stories of Old Testament heroes and practices, the author of Hebrews demonstrates how the new covenant is superior to the old and how Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of every promise. Explore familiar verses in context of the entire Bible, learning how to place your hope and faith in Christ alone.

Description:

When we hear the name Gideon, most of us think about his 300 soldiers or a fleece spread beneath the evening sky. But Gideon's story is so much bigger than that. This is a story about God and His people - His love for them, as well as His strength operating in spite of, even though, their weakness.

This study will encourage you to recognize your weakness as the key that the Lord gives you to unlock the full experience of His strength in your life. Instead of ignoring, neglecting, or trying to escape your weaknesses, learn to see them as the gifts given specifically and strategically by God. If you've ever felt insufficient, ill-equipped, incompetent, or outnumbered, this study is for you.

Description:

A Bible study that teaches women what God's Word says about their role and encourages them to fulfill that role no matter what age or stage they are in their life.

The Called to be a Keeper Bible study seeks to encourage women of all ages and stages of life to see the value of their roles in light of God's Word. The study teaches them to live out their priorities while carrying out their calling as found in Titus 2:3-5 and Proverbs 31:10-31.

Called to be a Keeper is an in-depth study of Proverbs 31:10-31 and Titus 2:3-5. This study teaches women about the incredible call that our Sovereign Father has given each and every woman. In a society that often reinforces negative stereotypes and emphasizes the objectification of women, God's Word is our strong foundation providing us with truth, purpose, and guidance.

"When you live out this calling according to His plan and His ways you will experience a life of joy, peace and fulfillment." Lori Merrill
