Baptism Celebration Sundays

Baptism Celebration Sundays happen two weeks after Connect Seminar / Kidfaith / Student 101.  It is a day designed to celebrate the occasion.  These special Sundays will have a breakfast for the friends and family of the one being baptized.  We will also have personal invitations for the families to mail out and RSVP cards. 

Prior to your Baptism, there will be a breakfast at the church in your honor.  This breakfast is free and open to your family with a completed reservation.  We will be eating in Fellowship Hall at 8:30 AM.  Following the breakfast, you will be guided toward the Baptistry area so you can prepare for your Baptism.  Next scheduled dates are:

If you would like to attend the breakfast, RSVP's need to be received by the Wednesday prior to the Baptism Celebration Sunday by:

• mailing the RSVP card
• drop the card by the office
• call Susan Leach at 405-562-3020
• or complete the online form below

What do I bring?

On the day of your Baptism, you will need to bring the following:

• swim suit or loose shirt and shorts
• plastic bag to place your wet clothing in
• personal toiletry items including curling iron, makeup, etc.

What will the church provide?

• hairdryers and towels
• a video DVD of your Baptism will be mailed to you
• a Baptismal Certificate will be mailed to you

We look forward to sharing this time of Celebration with you and your family.  If you cannot attend one of our large baptism days, we can and will baptize any Sunday!

The church office is available Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to noon at 405-341-0253.
